Dear Tom, I want to let you know what a pleasure it was working with Bathing Beauties. You came highly recommended, and the shower doors are gorgeous. Not only were your prices better than any competitor's, but you even called to tell me that the doors would be less than expected when you revised my plans. The doors were installed when expected and in a professional manner. I will be sure to recommend you to my friends. Thanks! Debbie Kerner
Hi Tom, I would like to thank you for the shower enclosure that you fitted in my master bathroom in November 2007. It looks stunning and the whole family is in admiration. The quality of work is second to none and your price was much more competitive than other quotations I obtained. However, what I would particularly like to thank you for is your creativity. I had a certain custom glass shower enclosure planned but when you arrived and made such imaginative suggestions I was very happy to be guided by "the expert" The shower is exactly what I had hoped for, clean cut, sleek and as you described it "sharp". My builder was very happy working with you as you were always at the other end of the telephone. It amazed me how promptly you responded to my calls and how quickly you were able to do the job. If you said that you would be there the next morning at 9:00 a.m. I could always rely on you to be there exactly on time. It came as no surprise that you did a wonderful job as you had 18 months previously fitted a shower enclosure in my daughter's bathroom to an exceptionally high standard; once again with that special creativity that you bring to the job. Many thanks Shirley McInnes Chester NJ
Dear Tom, I want to thank you so much for coming to our home on such short notice yesterday. We really do appreciate it. Due to your quick response, we are able to continue the renovations to our bathroom without unexpected delays. Your workmanship has always been excellent. Best Regards Linda Burke
Dear Tom, I wanted to just drop you a simple letter to thank you for your service. I hope you retain this letter for your portfolio so all of your customers can read it. I contacted you for a broken window in my daughter’s room on Sunday March 16 at 6:00 AM. Initially I did not believe I was going to reach a live person, for I had contacted two other local glass company’s with a recording promising prompt response. To this day I have not heard back from either of them. When you answered the phone I did not believe it! I explained to you that a rock had been accidentally thrown through my daughter’s window and that it was very cold. I was obviously upset and you went out of your way to calm me down and assure me that you could service me. After asking me a few questions about what type of window it was, you promised me that you would arrive at my house between 9:00-9:30. At 9:15 I heard the doorbell ring and there you were with a big smile on your face asking me where the broken window was. I guided you to the back of the house where you proceeded to climb out on to the roof and repair the window. I was so surprised when you moved my daughter’s bed to actually vacuum up any stray glass that may have fallen underneath. I find it refreshing that there are still people in business that actually service their customers, keep appointments and show up when they say they are going to. I will certainly recommend your services to all of my friends and family. God Bless You! IT IS SO NICE TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU ACTUALLY EXIST! Eternally grateful, Valerie M. Sczarnecki

It is really the perfect finishing touch – it makes the whole look! I would highly recommend you for excellent responsiveness, masterful work and high quality. Dear Tom, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the beautiful shower enclosures and doors that you custom built and installed in all of our bathrooms. They are absolutely beautiful and the quality is unsurpassed. The oil rubbed bronze matches all of my fixtures perfectly. I also appreciated your helpful tip about coating the doors with Rainex before we used them in order to making cleaning a breeze. I also loved the seeded glass in my kitchen cabinet doors. What a nice touch! We will absolutely recommend you to friends and colleagues that are looking for new shower doors or glass installation. Thank you again, Rich and Robin Dustow Bernardsville, NJ

Hi Tom I had a chance to see the new glass roof this weekend. It looks great. You did a great job! It is a big improvement and lets a lot more light into the house. There was a big storm on Saturday night and I’m happy to report that no water got in at all. We are very pleased and happy with the result. Thanks again for the great work on our roof! Dear Tom, We love the 3 shower door enclosures and the glass wall that you installed! They look beautiful and the workmanship is top notch! Everything is so precise and neat. Your attention to detail and the pride that you take in your work resulted in a flawless installation. We also appreciate how easy it was to work with you and how honest you are. You didn’t surprise us with additional costs, you kept your appointments and you always addressed any questions we had. Thank you for cleaning up the area before leaving. In fact, you never left any sign that you had been here! Before you were recommended to us, we saw a shower door at our friend’s house installed by someone we were about to hire. It was a sloppy job. We are so glad we heard about you and didn’t go with the other company. Your work is far superior and at a reasonable price. Thank you, again! Best, Donna and Craig Gangi
