I would like to thank you for the shower enclosure that you fitted in my master bathroom in November 2007. It looks stunning and the whole family is in admiration. The quality of work is second to none and your price was much more competitive than other quotations I obtained. However, what I would particularly like to thank you for is your creativity. I had a certain custom glass shower enclosure planned but when you arrived and made such imaginative suggestions I was very happy to be guided by "the expert" The shower is exactly what I had hoped for, clean cut, sleek and as you described it "sharp".

My builder was very happy working with you as you were always at the other end of the telephone. It amazed me how promptly you responded to my calls and how quickly you were able to do the job. If you said that you would be there the next morning at 9:00 a.m. I could always rely on you to be there exactly on time.

It came as no surprise that you did a wonderful job as you had 18 months previously fitted a shower enclosure in my daughter's bathroom to an exceptionally high standard; once again with that special creativity that you bring to the job.

Dear Tom,

I wanted to just drop you a simple letter to thank you for your service. I hope you retain this letter for your portfolio so all of your customers can read it.

I contacted you for a broken window in my daughter’s room on Sunday March 16 at 6:00 AM. Initially I did not believe I was going to reach a live person, for I had contacted two other local glass company’s with a recording promising prompt response. To this day I have not heard back from either of them. When you answered the phone I did not believe it! I explained to you that a rock had been accidentally thrown through my daughter’s window and that it was very cold. I was obviously upset and you went out of your way to calm me down and assure me that you could service me. After asking me a few questions about what type of window it was, you promised me that you would arrive at my house between 9:00-9:30. At 9:15 I heard the doorbell ring and there you were with a big smile on your face asking me where the broken window was. I guided you to the back of the house where you proceeded to climb out on to the roof and repair the window. I was so surprised when you moved my daughter’s bed to actually vacuum up any stray glass that may have fallen underneath.

I find it refreshing that there are still people in business that actually service their customers, keep appointments and show up when they say they are going to. I will certainly recommend your services to all of my friends and family. God Bless You!
